App seemed promising at first but here are my issues:
- Started the plan REALLY slow. I set that I could run 20-30 min, but the first 2-3 weeks of the plan instruct me to run 1 or 2 miles per run at 14-15 minutes per mile. I can walk nearly that fast. Projected speed for future runs hasnt changed despite the fact that Im running 11 min miles.
- Run days arent changing. It set plan to run Tues, Thurs, weekend, but I need to start on Mondays. 3 weeks in and it still hasnt adapted the run days.
- You cant adjust your goal and have the weeks youve already completed still count. If you change your goal the plan resets to day 1.
