I use this app for all my run training and I like how easy it is to use! However, it would be great if there more options than "run" or "rest". An option for cross training maybe?
Also, Id really appreciate being able to choose the days Im running. My plan never has me running on Saturday but always on Sunday which almost never works with my schedule. I wish I could choose the days of the week for my plan.
