Because I live in a cold & snowy climate I dont run outside. So using this app to track my GPS mileage because I run inside. But I do use the calendar so I know when and how far I need to go to get the training in. I log manually and it does keep me accountable. Ill reserve my rating for the GPS stuff for another time.
For a beginner like me who only ran for warming up, it gave me the discipline to go through the whole preparation for a 10k. Thanks!

The running plans are nice. Would be great if it could also recommend routes based on your location and distance youre planning to run. Sync with RunKeeper sometimes works but mostly doesnt!!
Would love to be able to sync with Garmin Connect!
So far I really like this app - it has laid out a reasonable program for me to run a faster half marathon. I wish the kilometre measurements were a little more visible over the whole app. Overall, its been pretty accurate.
Needs the ability to log run while on treadmill for those of us that cant get outside to run in winter. Audibles for interval training would be nice
Needs audio link to iPhone. Im not sure if the app has this or I just havent been able to access it but I think it would be very helpful to have audio during runs.
Check out this app BEFORE purchasing a training app (wish I had). Based on good training science with workouts that adjust based on your ongoing performance. Also flexibility to schedule runs around your schedule. One drawback is lack of audio feedback - something for creators to consider for next version??? Love this app almost as much as my Gel Kayanos...
I have never reviewed an app before but I felt the need to review this one. I recently trained for and ran a half-marathon under the guidance of this app. The training updates are particularly helpful and motivating. It has everything I needed to keep me on track. Highly recommended!

Love the interface, real time pacing, and mapping. Also has an excellent logging feature where you can manage preferences on-line (Km/M).

I run it along another free app (from couch to 5k) which tells me how to pace myself and allows me to play my music. Together they keep me going!
Fantastic app. I would have never known how to start or plan out anything manageable or consistent without me. This app keeps me running. I love it!
